This hotel is located in a beautiful area of the Matn region, right in the heart of busy streets, stunning mountains, and charming shops. the room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view of the surrounding area. the bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. the staff were very welcoming, kind, and assisted us with everything we needed throughout our stay. Plus, the inclusive breakfast was traditional Lebanese, delicious, and a must-try!

I will never ever go there it was bad experiance and was a mistake.
Expired bottle of water in the room. Hidin expences example: curreny exchange ,valet parking etc... I mean from my experiance from Booked.net that client pay the exact figure which shows on the booking confirmation letter by dollar. Those people they charge u extra by changing the currency to a local one. Most of the big hotels they don't charge for parking ur car.those people the charge 8$ per day. And what makes u mad the replay u back by saying that its written on the reception area.

We really enjoyed safir bhamdoun. Free parking on-site was provided. Honestly no complains at all. Right by the airport, 12 miles

No complementry coffee/Tea in the rooms; Houskeeping always miss the towels; The hotel does not offer a free internet as mentioned in the Booked.net

The breakfast was fantastic with a variety of tasty options to choose from. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests we had. the hotel's location was perfect, situated close to shopping areas and key tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city.
The room lacked some basic amenities, such as a kettle or coffee maker, which made it difficult to enjoy a hot drink in the room. the room was not as clean as expected, with some areas lacking attention from housekeeping.

The best 2 things I liked in the hotel is the location (in the main street of Bhamdoun area) & the view of the mountain from my room balcony.
The breakfast was poor which many other hotels have variety of selections in their breakfast. but Safir don't!

The hotel's location was good, situated near interesting shops and restaurants. the staff was also friendly and accommodating. their complimentary Christmas breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day.
Our experience was dampened by the subpar cleanliness of the room and bathroom.
